Your stay includes access to a plethora of onsite amenities, ensuring every moment is as relaxing as can be. Take a dip in the inviting indoor pool or bask in the sunshine by the outdoor pool, each accompanied by its own soothing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Other amenities include a playground, gazebo, seating areas, and walking trails throughout the property.

Tremont Lodge and Resort is nestled in the Smokies and surrounded by nature. Due to our close proximity to the mountains, there may be instances where bugs are present. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide you with an authentic and serene natural experience.

Please note that early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed. We will do our best to clean and sanitize the unit quickly if you desire an early check-in. Extra charges apply for early check-in and late check-outs.

We kindly request all guests to complete a digital registration prior to arrival to ensure compliance with our policies. This will be sent after booking confirmation.

Please note: Our outdoor pool is currently closed for the winter season. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to reopening it in the warmer months!

Please be informed that a security deposit of $25 per night will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be held on your card temporarily for incidentals during your stay and will be returned after 5-7 business days.

Phones have been removed from the rooms. If you need any assistance or have any questions during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact our front desk or our concierge.

All refunds are subject to a deduction of a 3% service fee.
