Bring the Dog. We Mean It.
Four of our cabins at Notestone Reserve are dog-friendly — Austen, Hemingway, Sherwood, and Stowe. Each one sleeps up to 6, sits on 14 acres in the Hocking Hills, and comes with access to our shared game room, outdoor playground, and everything else on the property.
We built these spaces for people who don’t want to leave their dog behind. So bring them.
🐾 A Few Things to Know
- Pet fee: $100 per stay
- Dogs must be leashed when outside
- Please clean up after your pet on the property
- Dogs off furniture inside — we trust you on this one
We stay on top of regular pest control, but if a curious bug finds its way in, that’s just Hocking Hills being Hocking Hills.
🗺️ Good to Know for Dog Owners Some trails in Hocking Hills State Park allow leashed dogs and some don’t — it varies by trail. Check current trail rules at ExploreHockingHills.com before you head out so you’re not surprised at the trailhead.
Notestone sits 20 minutes from Old Man’s Cave and 7 minutes from Rock House — close enough to make a full day of it and still be back in time for the fire pit.
