Yeats is a lofted tiny home for two — modern interior, queen bed in the loft, private hot tub and fire pit outside. The kitchen has a proper range and oven plus a French press and coffee maker. The shower is stocked with premium toiletries and a full set of towels, including dedicated hot tub towels.

Located in the front cluster of tiny homes at Notestone Reserve, with privacy fencing between each outdoor space. Not deep-woods secluded, but genuinely quiet. The game room — pool table, arcade, 85" TV — is a short walk when the evening calls for it.

One thing to know about the loft: the beam above the bed sits about 29 inches from the mattress — just sit up carefully. The loft steps are worth noting too: the rise is uneven, with the last step up being noticeably higher than the others.

What guests are saying.

★★★★★

“This tiny home was everything we expected and more — so cozy, with a wonderful fire pit outdoor space and hot tub privacy. It was easy to tell that thought and care went into every single detail, from the decor, the coffee pot and press, outdoor blankets, hot tub towels, and super comfy mattress. We walked to the community building and played pool, video games, and board games. So peaceful and relaxing. We would most definitely stay at Notestone again.”

★★★★★

“This tiny house is adorable. It has everything we needed — the space is efficient and just enough for two people. Strategic fencing and trees between each site gave enough privacy that we felt comfortable using the hot tub and patio. We had a small problem that one item had not been restocked, but Stacey responded immediately and got us what we needed. We would stay here again.”

“The tiny house was very clean and well appointed. The shower was a good size and the hot tub was wonderful. We loved having everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals at the cabin. We didn't have kids with us but checked out the clubhouse and played a few games — kids would LOVE it! We would stay again, likely in a different cabin to try something new.”
