Three floors, a spiral staircase, and a hot tub that earns its keep.
Austen sleeps six across three levels -- a spiral staircase leads to a lofted king on the upper level, the main floor has a twin-over-full bunk bedroom, and the lower level has a king bedroom. Two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one below, both with showers. A full kitchen with island seating, and an open main floor that keeps the group together.
The lower level is set up for the long evening: king bedroom, 65" Smart TV, arcade machine, and game table. Outside: covered deck, hot tub under the covered lower deck (usable year-round), woodburning fire pit, propane grill. All Notestone guests have access to the shared game room across the property -- pool table, basketball arcade, 85" Smart TV, and more.
Dogs welcome -- $100 flat per stay, up to 2 dogs, leashed on property. A pet welcome basket with treats and waste bags is waiting when you arrive. Dogs stay off furniture; pet blankets are provided.
Pack 'n play available with advance notice. Austen has a steeper driveway approach -- 4WD or AWD strongly recommended in winter months.

"The hot tub with those views was pure relaxation. Nothing was overlooked -- from great coffee to all the toiletries you could possibly need."
"The bedding and sheets were amazing -- it felt like sleeping in a luxury hotel but with the privacy of a secluded retreat."
"Perfection! Cabin, Reserve, Location"
"We had an incredible stay and couldn't have asked for a better setup for our family of five. The interior is beautifully done in a mid-modern style that feels both cozy and elevated. Everything was spotless and incredibly well-appointed. The hot tub was a huge highlight -- soaking while taking in the stunning views was pure relaxation. The game room was an amazing bonus -- the kids (and adults!) had a blast with the video games and pool table. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish: responsive, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. We truly can't wait to come back."
"Our stay was absolutely incredible -- easily one of the most relaxing and enjoyable getaways we've ever had. The views were beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The hot tub was perfect -- sitting out there surrounded by nature was the ideal way to unwind. Even the bedding was amazing, so comfortable and high quality. It felt like sleeping in a luxury hotel but with the privacy of a secluded retreat. We're already talking about coming back. 10/10."
"A dream come true! I truly enjoyed myself with my family and my service animals. The energy from the open loft, beautiful atmosphere, comfortable beds, luxurious linens, ample cookware, therapeutic hot tub -- how can you snooze? The host is the host with the most! The entire Notestone crew is simply amazing. I literally found my Happy Place and home away from home. I am officially a Notestone Ambassador. This is a MUST STAY!!"
