The game room is free. The competition is not.

Game room lounge with 85-inch TV, pool table, and arcade machines at Notestone Reserve, Hocking Hills Ohio
Included with every stay

Free for Every Guest. No Reservation Needed.

The game room sits in the middle of the property, a short walk from all ten stays, and it comes with every booking. No fee, no sign-up sheet, no quarters. Walk in.

It earns its keep on rain days. Hocking Hills weather does what it wants, and when a hike day washes out, the game room is the difference between a great trip and six people staring at each other in a cabin.

We just ask that everyone’s mindful of quiet hours after 10pm. The property sleeps early; the foosball table does not need to.

Every Stay Includes It

All ten Notestone Reserve rentals — two mirror homes, four tiny homes, four cabins — come with free game room access. There’s no upgrade to buy. If you’re a registered guest, it’s yours for the whole stay.

The cabins go one step further. Austen, Hemingway, Sherwood, and Stowe each have their own arcade machine and game table inside, on the lower level next to a 65” Smart TV. Game night doesn’t end when you walk back to the cabin.

What guests say
★★★★★
“The Stowe cabin was awesome. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My kids loved the hot tub, and the arcade games. We went to the common game room several nights to play before kid’s bed time. I loved the attention to detail and anticipation of guests’ needs, even for our dog.”

Common Questions About the Game Room

The things guests actually ask — answered plainly.

Is the game room really free?

Yes. Game room access is included with every stay at Notestone Reserve — all ten units, no fee, no reservation, no coins. If you’re a registered guest, it’s open to you for your whole stay.

Is the game room shared with other guests?

Yes — it’s a community space for everyone staying on the property, which is part of the fun. With ten units on 14 acres it rarely feels crowded, and the four cabins also have their own arcade machine and game table inside, so you always have a private option too.

Is it a good rainy-day option in Hocking Hills?

It’s the best one on the property. A pool table, foosball, basketball arcade, classic arcade machines, board games, and an 85” Smart TV cover a full washed-out afternoon — and the private restroom means nobody has to sprint back to the cabin between rounds.

What ages is the game room good for?

All of them, honestly. Little kids gravitate to the Legos, board games, and the playground right outside; older kids and adults tend to claim the arcade machines and the pool table. We ask that adults supervise young children, especially on the playground.

What are the game room hours?

It’s open during your stay — walk in anytime. We just ask guests to be mindful of quiet hours after 10pm, since the property is home to other guests trying to sleep off a day of hiking.
