Frost is one of five thoughtfully designed tiny homes at Notestone Reserve, inspired by the work of Robert Frost. Designed for couples or solo travelers, this lofted tiny home features a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor spaces for relaxed evenings. Step outside to enjoy your own private hot tub and seating area, surrounded by the peaceful woods of the Hocking Hills.

📶 Connectivity
Free satellite WiFi is provided, but connectivity can be spotty due to our remote location. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature. Refunds are not issued for WiFi interruptions.
🌿 Natural Setting Our home is located in a wooded area. While we maintain regular pest control, occasional sightings of insects or small critters are possible and are a normal part of being in nature.

• No parties or events (including bachelor/bachelorette parties); no glitter
• Only registered guests may enter the property
• No smoking, vaping, fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons
• No commercial photography or videography without written approval
• Hot tub: use striped towels only, keep cover on when not in use, avoid temperature changes
• Septic system: flush toilet paper only; no garbage disposal
• This home is in a rural area of Hocking Hills and 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months.
Violations may result in a $300 fine and/or forfeiture of the security deposit.

A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and released within five days after checkout, pending no damage or rule violations.

This home is in a rural area of Hocking Hills and 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months.
Check-In Type: A keypad is available 24 hours a day to provide entry for guests.
Check-In Instructions: A code will be emailed 1-3 days before your scheduled arrival.
One designated parking spot marked nearby the tiny home. Additional parking can be found near the community game room.
Self-check in provided for guests. We are available via text, email, or phone call if any needs arise!
While we do not ask guests to strip the beds or gather towels, we do request the house to be left in the same condition it was found (trash discarded, dirty dishes cleaned, empty belongings from fridge, etc). We take great pride in our home and hope you’ll do the same as you leave! Please turn off lights when you leave. Make sure windows and doors are closed and locked. Lock Up – Please lock the front door when you leave.

Our tiny home community is thoughtfully arranged to offer both a welcoming shared atmosphere and cozy, private accommodations.
Guests also have access to our community game room, a hub of entertainment featuring a large TV, pool table, basketball game, arcade games, and more. Whether you’re exploring the park’s breathtaking trails or unwinding with modern comforts, Frost offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Come find your poetic escape in the woods!

– Although we do provide free satellite WiFi in the home, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is often spotty we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the WiFi signal is not perfect during your stay. No refund will be issued for any issues related to the WiFi.
– To preserve the peaceful ambiance of the cabin, events and parties—including bachelor and bachelorette parties—are strictly prohibited. Evidence of unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate removal from the property. Please, no glitter.
– Only registered guests and the number of occupants stated in the reservation are permitted on the property.
– Commercial photography/videography is not allowed without prior consent.
– For the safety and well-being of our guests and to protect the natural surroundings, smoking, vaping, fireworks, sparklers, atvs, hunting, and weapons are not allowed.
– Violations of these rules will result in a $300 penalty, plus any additional costs for damages.
– Prior to your stay, we require you to sign & agree to our renter agreement. Additionally, we will place a $300 hold for a security deposit. The security deposit will be released within five days after check out after confirmation of no damage to the property or violation of the rules.
